I have 10 years of experience as an operations and program leader specializing in project execution, cross-functional coordination, and rally teams together towards common goals. I currently serve as COO of the Workforce Insights & Transformation team at Morgan Stanley overseeing workforce
planning for a team of 150 global staff and supporting the rollout of HR transformation initiatives. I am wrapping up my tenure at Morgan Stanley as I recently made Aliyah with my husband and three children, and was unable to transition my role permanently to Israel. I am eager to leverage my expertise in my next opportunity here, ideally in chief of staff, operations, or people strategy roles.

• Establish operating rhythms and engagement framework (offsites, town halls, demos, newsletters, surveys, career paths) to align priorities, improve satisfaction, and strengthen retention and mobility
• Lead recruitment and onboarding to scale department by 50% to 150+ staff globally, improving the onboarding playbook to reduce ramp‑up time and standardize processes
• Manage annual department budget (headcount, vendors, travel) and business case development for new projects totaling $20M+
• Participate in testing enterprise GenAI solutions (virtual agent, meeting summarization), providing structured feedback to improve accuracy, consistency, and user experience
