I’ve been working as a lead mechanical engineer in a combined cycle as field service Engineer for 15 years.

 I’ve got skills as a field mechanical engineer in:

• Leading and performing Power plant new installations and major mechanical repairs projects for power plants industrial gas turbines and steam turbines, Generators and all relevant auxiliary systems.  
• Implementation and control of standard installation and service procedures. 

My Major assigned tasks as follows:

1.  Planning and activities list preparation, Implementation for Major plant projects.
2. Auditing tasks requirements: Materials - spare parts – Tools (special, regular) availability and site safety assurance.
3. Technical assignment for personnel the daily activities.
4. Technical supervision for workflow in daily basis according to instructions and time plan of work.
5. Site technical problems solving to assure work flow with no obstacles. 
6. Technical reporting skills for works (Maintenance-Erection) as daily activity list reports and full mechanical reports. 

• Writing technical procedures for D/A of large machines according to Manufacturer standards and protocols
• New mechanical installations fitting as per layouts. Using 3D layouts to fit Machines modules and piping and auxiliaries for machinery modules and testing / auditing for technical assurance.

• Leading technical team for Quality assurance for all installations and assembly task to be confirmed by guidelines of engineering standards and safety regulations.

• Turbo machinery internal replacements (Bearings - blades – vanes – casings) and using tools (regular-special), manual, electric and hydraulic.

• Inspection skills: NDT inspection of parts to verify acceptable criteria and recommendations.

• Root cause analysis for equipment faults and technical problem and solving them

• Writing technical reporting for new installations, Major services, problems solving, modifications of systems
