Job Summary
This role combines customer service, operations and task management across multiple customers: coordinating task follow-ups status updates and documentation providing customer training on the system's capabilities implementing workflows proactive ongoing communication with customers identifying needs highlighting opportunities to deepen usage handling support requests troubleshooting issues.Trusted by departments of transportation project owners and general contractors our platform effectively digitizes infrastructure construction sites enabling collaboration monitoring control over design validation construction progress inspection processes dramatically reducing lifecycle costs while improving efficiency overall quality.
The job requires strong organizational skills interpersonal communication ability to learn independently quickly manage multiple tasks simultaneously technological orientation good English background familiarity civil engineering mapping geoinformation GIS fields photogrammetry drones processing workflows ground control points measurements as-built existing-conditions plans AutoCAD software experience working with CAD software good English language skills are advantages for this position but not requirements.
