is seeking an experienced
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead its business and operations
in Israel
.

The CEO will have full responsibility for managing the company's
Israeli business and operations
, including strategic and commercial leadership and all
business units
.

The role focuses on
business growth
,
strategic partnerships
,
M&A activities
, and
expanding the company's sales and market presence in Israel
.

The CEO will drive long-term business development while ensuring effective coordination between manufacturing, sales, and corporate teams within Israel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO
  in a growth-oriented company – required.
• Background in
  medical devices, healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG companies
  – required.
• Experience in
  startups or dynamic environments
  – an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in
  business development, M&A, and sales expansion
  .
• Proven ability to manage
  P&L, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership, including manufacturing site
  .
• Experience leading organizations or divisions with
  annual revenue of at least 50M ILS
  .

The company's headquarters and manufacturing site are located in the
Ashkelon
area.
