    We offer the opportunity to join our People & Culture team at Philip Morris Ltd.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment for positions at the company's headquarters and in the field, employee onboarding and employer branding, and will take part in the execution of the company's learning and development programs, with collaboration with functions and all levels of managers in the organization.

    The selected candidate will report to the ITM & PE ManagerMain responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    Working with hiring managers from all over the organization, defining job requirements, posting on social media, sorting resumes, filtering, locating, and assessing candidates.

    Responsibility on the hiring funnel and recruitment agenciesCoordination of the hiring process from E2E, including Interviews and screening (Virtual/Frontal).Developing new hiring sources to support the company's diversity goals.

    Maximizing the employee and candidate experience throughout the process, including onboarding and execution programs for various recruitment and onboarding activities such as:

    Induction days, friend referral program and moreBudget and supplier management in the fields of recruitment and employer branding Learning & Development:Taking part in the planning and execution of cross-organizational learning and training programs that include planning, working with suppliers, handling orders and activities.

    Participation in the execution of HR processes (annual evaluation, development plans and support in other projects of P&C) WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

    • At least two years of experience in recruitment - a must
    • Experience in training/OD/OE positions – an advantage
    • High communication skills in English and Hebrew, speaking and writing - a must.
    • Proven experience in locating candidates, freelancers and social media - an advantage
    • Bachelor's degree – a must
    • Experience in a global or FMCG company – an advantage
    • Knowledge and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Independence, motivation, and consumer focus
