Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team.As a member of this team you will evaluate performance but also architect frameworks and define benchmarks that ensure Red Hat remains a leader in the hybrid cloud AI market.
The role requires an engineer with a growth mindset who handles rapid change has strong commitment to open-source values willingness to learn apply new technologies,
a basic understanding of system resources like CPU memory I/O foundational understanding of AI concepts including classical ML Gen AI agentic AI proficiency in English verbal written ability to explain technical findings clearly.
- Formulate execute rigorous test plans benchmark RHOAI components include API servers vector databases Gateways Feature Stores.
- Develop maintain tools automated frameworks streamline performance data collection statistical analysis.
