    The opportunity


    This role involves planning and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive lead-generation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical prowess to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives

    How you'll spend your day


    Product Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop marketing promotions and lead generation programs that align with business goals. Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels to attract and convert prospects. including targeted paid campaigns across platforms.
    Marketing Operations & Analytics: Manage the marketing platforms for efficient campaign execution, tracking, and analysis. Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
    Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development of engaging content tailored for a B2B audience, leveraging insights to produce materials that resonate with target customers and support marketing strategies.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments, including sales, product management, and customer experience, to execute integrated marketing initiatives and support business processes.

    Customer Portal Marketing: Drive the adoption of the company's customer portal through targeted marketing programs, enhancing user engagement and fostering deeper customer relationships.

    Your experience and qualifications

    • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B digital marketing, with success in product marketing, lead generation, and paid campaigns.
    • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in marketing tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM software, paid advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Data Analysis: Capable of analyzing campaign data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Innovation & Creativity: Creative in developing strategies and campaigns that engage and drive goals.
    • Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills; English mother tongue level or fully proficient
