Job description
Systematics, a leading enterprise software company, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.
Role Overview:
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial role in our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate and qualify leads, setting the stage for our account executives to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and social selling techniques
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and other sources
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in Systematics' solutions
- Maintain a high volume of daily sales activities (calls, emails, social touches)
- Use our CRM system to track all sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / mechanical or electronics, practical engineer
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew; proficiency in English for reading technical materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to learn and articulate complex software solutions
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for exceptional candidates
