888 group, one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies, looking for NOC Team Leader.

This position will be responsible for the NOC team and will oversee the day-to-day management of the NOC. As the leader of the NOC team, you will define and develop operating procedures for a 24x7 NOC and build out a team of NOC operators that can support the operational duties of the NOC. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the NOC team during shifts, in order to deliver outstanding quality and service to our customers in compliance with SLA requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on management and knowledge and experience in fast paced and growing environments, and should be proficient with NOC concepts and practices. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support the company's production infrastructure, systems and applications.
  • Assist in coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify errors and anomalies.
  • Identify and verify service impact to customers, and dispatch subject matter experts in support of problem resolution.
  • Communicate with internal and customer-facing teams in support of status updates regarding open issues, and implement actions in support of root cause analysis and problem remediation.
  • Effectively lead troubleshooting efforts during outage bridges

    • Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as NOC team leader, including personnel and shift coordination and management, and making daily reports on shift operations and issues handled/escalated.
  • Experienced and proficient with troubleshooting techniques and problem solving in a 24x7x365 production environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, fast learner, good analytical skills, self-learner and Service Orientation.
  • Self-driven and independent who is able to take responsibility and proactively carry on tasks as a self-contributor
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship.
  • Excellent inter personal communication ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 production environment.
  • English at a very high level written and speaking
