As a User Assistance Developer, you will be the link between the software development team and the customer. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, modern user assistance content to help our users utilize our software effectively. Your job will be to ensure that the right information is available in the right place, at the right time. In your role as a User Assistance Developer, you will work closely with development, UX, and product management.

GIGYA was acquired by SAP in 2017 and joined SAP as the Customer Data Cloud. We are located in the Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv. Consistent leaders in our field, we provide an end to end customer identity management suite that helps our B2C and B2B customers successfully meet the challenges of an increasingly online world. 

Responsibilities :

  • Creating clear, concise, customer-facing admin and developer documentation so that our customers can use and implement our products to their advantage
  • Defining user-friendly, consistent UI texts by putting yourself in the shoes of the customer
  • Providing customer-/partner facing user assistance deliverables including on-screen help, online help and microcopy
  • Detailing the technical aspects on the use of our APIs, Connectors and SDKs
  • Defining terminology that is simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards
  • Working closely with development teams, user experience colleagues, product management and other roles to enable users to configure and use our software.
  • Requirements :

  • Obsessive attention to detail, a team player, proactive and collaborative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to self-manage priorities, with a proactive approach to resolving problems and delivering results
  • 3+ years experience working as a technical writer for a SaaS API based solution

  • Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the DITA methodology
  • Experience in creating video or e-learning content
  • Experience managing GitHub repositories
  • Skills in Photoshop/Image creation
