As a User Assistance Developer, you will be the link between the software development team and the customer. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, modern user assistance content to help our users utilize our software effectively. Your job will be to ensure that the right information is available in the right place, at the right time. In your role as a User Assistance Developer, you will work closely with development, UX, and product management.
GIGYA was acquired by SAP in 2017 and joined SAP as the Customer Data Cloud. We are located in the Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv.
