The Field Support Engineer (FSE) supports Landa’s customers around the world. The primary objective of the FSE is to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Landa Nanographic Printing® Press to ensure the customer’s satisfaction, maximizing press usage to the benefit of both the customer and Landa. The FSE will be based in Israel and will travel worldwide to support press installations and ramp-ups, as well as visit customer sites on an ongoing basis as needed.


- Fresh B.Sc. graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – mandatory
- Good technical background
- Willing to travel to customer sites worldwide, up to 50% of the time, and work flexible hours – mandatory
- Willingness to relocate in the future – mandatory
- Clear and effective oral and written English communication skills – mandatory
- Experience in the Graphic Arts industry, especially with digital printing technologies and inkjet – advantageous


- End to end, highly-skilled technical capabilities
- Combine knowledge of digital technologies with electro-mechanical skills; excellence in operating and integrating computer based electro-mechanical systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working with global customers and colleagues; excellent service-oriented attitude, and training and education skills
- Problem solver, "can do" approach, never afraid of challenges while using established technical policies and procedures to effectively handle customer issues
- Excellent self-learning capabilities, always looking to learn new systems and deepen knowledge of existing systems, technologies, and products
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic workplace; ability to work with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure
