Pepperi, a fast-growing B2B eCommerce tech company is hiring a full-time – Head of Global Customer Success – working from Israel.

Pepperi’s B2B sales platform is the top solution in its field, and our customer base includes customers from around the world: from global, household name brands to a multitude of mom-and-pop businesses, virtually every B2B (wholesale) industry is represented, from high fashion and luxury goods to bulk food and restaurant distributors.

The successful candidate will have extremely strong team leadership, customer service, communication and presentation skills, and will be someone who lives and breathes customers experiences.


  • Own the overall relationship and customer satisfaction of existing Pepperi clients
  • Own the success KPIs -Churn reduction and Expansion growth across the whole client base
  • Manage the global Customer Success Team, including strategy, KPI setting and monitoring, people management, escalation, team meetings, team leadership
  • Establish a trusted “strategic advisor” relationship with VIP clients
  • Bring new upsell campaign ideas to fruition with marketing, product teams.
  • Be the interface between customers and the various teams in Pepperi such as Product, PS, Support, Finance...
  • Work especially closely with the various technical teams in Pepperi that provide scoping and technical assistance to respond to customer change requirements
  • Spot ‘at risk’ customers, and have an instinct for turning them around, involving others where required
  • Develop your own processes for maintaining customer satisfaction and maintaining low churn
  • Provide feedback to the product team by effectively communicating customer needs and help design ideal offering/features by working cross-functionally across various teams
  • Requirements

  • 2 Years’ experience in leading a customer success team, or similar role in a SaaS company
  • 5 Years’ experience in technology-related fields, especially: mobile applications, e-commerce, ERP systems, accounting software, or SaaS / Cloud-based systems.
  • Fast learner who can understand technology at any level, and communicate complex topics to audiences at all levels of technical competencies
  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, highly organized, with an ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously
  • English as mother tongue level, or at a very high level
  • Preferred: Experience in wholesale distribution, B2B sales, field sales representatives, and e-commerce business workflows.
  • Preferred: additional languages
  • Preferred: Masters / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major from an accredited institution
