Position Summary:

We are looking for a temporary UX lead that will join our R&D team and be the focal point of all UX-related topics

Responsibilities:

Lead the User Experience domain. 

Design the end-to-end user experiences, deliver detailed wireframes, guide visual designers to translate them into pixel-perfect UI and review R&D UI deliverables.

Write detailed specification documents to provide UX detailed guidelines for variety of usage scenarios

Work with several development groups on parallel projects in agile environment

Work closely with dev teams to understand technical limitations to optimize UX solution 

Actively gather feedback and iterate on UX to optimize the end user experience

Requirements:

Degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, industrial design or equivalent industry experience

At least 5 years of experience in UX field 

Significant UX design experience in complex systems in the context of B2B software and SaaS applications

Experience in guiding and managing UI designers

Proficiency in FIGMA

Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of research and design best practices

Strong communication skills

Excellent English

Experience in usability testing and usage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) – advantage

Experience working with mobile application developers and automation engineers – advantage
