Renewal Lead who will work closely with our customers to negotiate and help execute renewal contracts. You’ll join our Customer Success team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
This renewal Lead will be joining as the first renewal manager in the customer success team and expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.
Position Requirements: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Account Management/Renewal Management/Customer Success ideally in SaaS companies 2-4 years experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers/renewal managers for a software solution Drive and own the renewal process E2E Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth. Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.). Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximise account and ARR retention Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.
