Overview

The Capital Markets Analyst will support the company’s Capital Markets Desk underwriting and management of gathering client information for the distribution of property & market information to lending institutions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or review various types of offering memorandum documentation with respect to loan placement on commercial property in the United States. The analyst will need to review discrepancies and ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the offering memo.
  • Bachelor’s degree is typically required, work towards a CFA or CCIM a designation a plus.
  • 2+ years of real estate financing, banking, and/or portfolio management experience or equivalent.

    • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, with strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, and the ability to multi-task a must– with a sense of urgency – while adhering to optimal work accuracy.
  • Team player mentality, self-sufficient, proactive, high integrity, diligent, ability to learn quickly and desire to contribute.
  • Detail oriented and well organized. Strong financial modeling skills, analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
