We are searching for a self-motivated and passionate Operations Coordinator to support the purchasing and inventory of equipment and components.

The Operations Coordinator will be part of the Procurement Planning & Control team, reporting to the Business Operations Specialist. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for Nayax product operations activities from Customer order processing through Import / Export coordination while assuring On-Time product delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Managing international vendors
- Coordinate Shipments - from vendor to inventory
- Assisting with coding invoices, matching invoices to receiving reports and tracking payments
- Responsible for local procurement
- Provide general administrative support for all production/manufacturing related matters
- Maintaining communication with suppliers during course of procurement action to ensure supplier performance

Requirements

- 1-2 years of proven experience in purchasing or logistic process
- Previous experience with SAP
- Must be proficient in English
- Be capable to work independently under limited supervision with attention to detail, accuracy, documentation, and follow-through
- Customer oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Multi-tasking/planning and time management skills

Advantages:
