Responsibilities:

  • Own CVR improvement via funnel experimentation programs
  • Proactively spot and analyze funnel leaks and design fixes
  • Manage tech platforms (GA360, etc.) using best practices
  • Plan and coordinate initiatives and R&D development pipelines
  • Evangelize best practices to fellow Marketing Campaign Managers
  • Collaborate with teammates, internal teams, and external providers
  • Report on progress via analysis and presentation
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years in tech/agencies and 3+ years in CRO/Growth
  • Highly skilled in crunching data to derive actionable insights
  • Highly proficient in GA360 & BI/Digital experience tools
  • Growth, never settle mindset & owner, can-do mentality
  • Creative spirit yet methodical and organized approach
  • Independent learner with strong research capabilities
  • High level of written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advantages:
