Junior Helpdesk Technician
Cybereason is looking for a Junior Help Desk Technician to join our IT Team,
This position will be part of the Corporate IT Team and work directly with customers over the phone, email, chat, or in-person to resolve incidents and problems. He or she will be responsible for the deployment of hardware and software.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities: Provide help desk support for Cybereason's global offices. Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with onboarding practices for new employees. Support the company different systems and applications (Emails and other SAS systems and tools) Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft OS, AD, Mac OS, Gsuite, Okta, Atlassian (Jira), Zoom, and MDM tools Experience in support and troubleshooting with clients remotely – an advantage Supporting OSX and Windows laptops. (Linux laptop support is a plus) Manage and maintain IT inventory. Support the company’s conference room’s equipment and vendors.
Requirements At least one year of work experience as a Help Desk Technician. Microsoft experience including Office 365, Windows 10 and working within an Active Directory Domain. Familiarity with the following systems: Azure AD, Gsuite, Okta, Atlassian. Apple hardware and software experience (JAMF/Casper experience a plus) Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. Well organized and self-sufficient.
