We are looking for a creative, ambitious, unique and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Tel Aviv HR team, focusing on hires for our HQ in Israel.
Your main focus will be to:
- Lead hiring efforts across Guardicore’s business units
- Work closely with, advice & train hiring teams
- Develop talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Design, plan, execute and own Employer Branding activities
- Build and execute state-of-the-art and creative sourcing methods
- Obsessively improve candidate experience
- Carry and deliver spot-on evaluation processes

Requirements

- Experience & passion for TA domain
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Successful experience sourcing for different tech roles
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker, positive viewer, creative problem-solver
- Comfortable writing, talking, interviewing in English
