Responsibilities Develop and execute a country wide plan and vision, in line with the organizations strategy, that delivers transformational value to our customers and partners With a focus on Territory business, develop, lead, manage and orchestrate the Autodesk business, customers and partners in-country to drive expansion and growth Sales management and forecast accuracy - deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management Build and strengthen the Autodesk brand and awareness in Country, representing all functions of the company Autodesk Ambassador - speak and represent Autodesk at events and conferences Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships across the entire ecosystem (Customers, Partners, Government, Competitors, Interest/Focus Groups) Develop government relationships with the key stakeholders to influence and drive country initiatives Collaborate with other internal functions (not reporting into this job), to ensure successful execution of strategic sales and marketing programs. Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities. Requirements 10 years or more experience in sales management Engineering Bachelor degree from recognized institute an advantage Experience in the Architecture, Infrastructure, and Construction or Manufacturing field is preferred Fluent in English and the language of the country Self-starter and highly motivated Well organized and driven by success Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations Ability to form relationships and influence Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel
