Viber is looking for an experienced Help Desk / IT Sys Admin with great interpersonal skills to join our IT team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Operational responsibility on PCs, services, backups, network, telephony, storage, FW, switches, etc. Systems maintenance, updates, and backups Systems health monitoring Provide Help Desk support during routine work hours Perform routine system admin tasks such as installing software, patching systems, be familiar and assist with group accounts, active directory, LDAP, adding/removing printers, and other basic troubleshooting Desktop/laptops/servers maintenance and support Office security
REQUIREMENTS Knowledge with virtualization systems: Hyper-V and VMware – must Windows 2016/2019 Active Directory – must Experience with installation, maintenance, and management of Multiple Operations Systems – Windows, MACOS, Linux Familiar with networking, firewall (Fortigate), VPN, corporate WiFi Familiar with DHCP, DNS, and other AD services Support and IT help-desk troubleshooting experience Server installation – Hardware and Software GPO – create and manage Information security tools Communication equipment – Basic knowledge Network – Basic troubleshooting and monitoring
Personal Skills: 3+ years of experience in the IT field Excellent communication skills High level of English – both written and spoken Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team Player Self-instruction Fast learner ADVANTAGES Cloud (Google/AWS) experience Familiar with Google apps (Gsuite) Scripts writing Okta/Single Sign-On
