In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business.The Construction Program Office Manager - PMO is responsible for Central Project Management Office (PMO) to integrate and lead the Project Management activities & provide PMO services at the Fab Construction staff level reporting to the Manager of Construction (MOC).Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects. Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls. Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule. Monitor design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor. Monitor and integrates accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules. Integrate the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and trades mobilization. Engaged in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment. Ensures projects are completed according to project plans. Manages project team resourcing and training.Responsibilities include:Program integration for all site projects (tool install, progressive build, etc..)Own and prepare with the MOC various required program planning documents such as PrEP - Project Execution Plan.Facilitate key meetings such as customer alignment meeting, Program ratification committee (PRC), Alignment and Integration Meeting (AIM) and Operational/extended staff meetings, etc...lead FCE governance (policies, procedures, etc..) and ensure that Site Operations adhere to the outlined requirementsDrive the construction cadence and pace needed for Site operations business success.Own program integration key indicators and risk management, report and status for various Construction meetings (Site Ops reviews, major project reviews, etc..).Collect, synthesize and analyze project data and information to enable appropriate decision making.Own overall communication management which includes operational updates to the org.Drive integration in communication and execution such as change management, Risk management.Drive Continuous improvement (Tools, processes, Mode of Operation (MOO), BI (business intelligence).Support ad hoc activities Manager of Construction and Construction staff.The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:Senior program management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders with a customer service and continuous improvement mindset.Thrive in a startup culture where velocity of execution and agility to adapt to change is critical to success.Written and verbal communication skills. 8-12 years of design manager, engineering manager, construction manager, or equivalent construction leadership expertise- Knowledge and expertise in Construction, Facilities, Fab Technology, Quality and Lean are strongly desirable- The candidate must have the ability to manage discussions with exec management, drilling down to details and managing an effort "hands on" if the need arises- Ability to manage across diverse groups and stakeholders while optimizing the solution for Intel- A BS/MS engineering degree, architecture, construction management- The person must have strong leadership and communication skills, the demonstrated ability to drive decision making and change at the cadence Moore's law requires and the ability to partner and influence in a highly matrix environment
