About The Position
Our Digital Intelligence business is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an experienced international recruiter, specifically for EMEA, NA and LATAM.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
The experienced recruiter will lead and manage the recruitment cycle
Work closely with senior management to develop the job description, selection criteria, recruitment techniques.
Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies to address key organizational talent needs
Learn and understand the Cellebrite business, its priorities and the characteristics and organizational culture.
Build pipeline talent and keep in touch with the candidates.
Expand and enhance our candidate experience
Support the employee branding strategy by advertising and promoting roles in social media
Research new techniques that can continually improves the recruitment process.
Whilst recruitment is the main part of the role, there are also responsibilities for on-boarding, support with employment law matters, and involvement in other HR processes
3+ years’ experience in global recruitment - a must!
Background recruiting in to Hi Tech companies
Strong knowledge of core recruiting metrics and methodologies
Experience working with C-Level management
Confidential and sensitive
Organized and able to prioritize well
Able to work at speed and at a high quality in a fast-dynamic organization
High level of reliability, honesty and transparency
A consistently high performer
Enjoys recruitment and has a positive and a can do attitude
