Your Career

We are looking for a Cross-Platform Manager for our Tel Aviv R&D center.

The Cross-Platform team takes part in the development of Cortex XDR Agent, a disruptive endpoint security product. The team focuses on the endpoint and works on delivering a cross-platform agent for Windows, macOS & Linux.

Your Impact

• Be hands on coder and an effective manager

• Mentor, support and grow team members

• Lead engineers to form a high performing team

• You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support Engineering, from inception to end product

• Technical Leadership across the product, ensure the team builds software that is architecturally consistent and of high quality  

• Implement cross-platform solutions while effectively utilizing the capabilities of each platform

Your Experience

• Positive ‘can-do’ mindset

• 3+ years experience as a leading developer in Python

• Design, architecture, and problem-solving skills 

• Computer Science B.Sc. or equivalent education 

• Experience with C/C++ and OS Internals

• Developing a cross-platform product

• Passion for software engineering

• Experience managing software engineering teams  

• Leadership and teamwork skills

• Experience with software security - an advantage
