We are looking for a talented, dynamic, high impact Engineering Manager with full motivation and energy to lead a Software Engineering department.

You will be:
· Part of the management team setting the strategy of the organization
· Lead the full-stack development teams
· Take a full responsibility on our Big data infrastructure
· Evaluate architecture options and take part in designing solutions
· Set technical direction and quality standards
· Work closely with Data Science departments and understand their software requirements
· Collaborate with Architects and product teams
· Lead the development lifecycle from product to delivery
· Coach and mentor a group of team leaders
· Recruit and develop top talent engineers

· Highly motivated and positive-attituded person
· Ability to understand the business requirements and the engineering solution
· Managerial Experience (teams of 15+) - 5+ years
· Experience with software industry - 10+ years
· Experience with Big Data technologies - 3+ years
· Experience with agile development methodology - 3+ years
· Knowledge and understanding cloud systems, like AWS
· Knowledge and understanding of end-2-end systems including, DevOps and QA
· Experience with highly scaled production environment
· Ability to motivate and lead the team members
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
· Outstanding communication skills with both engineering team and the management team

Preferable Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
· Knowledge in the field of Data Science / Machine Learning / Signal Processing
