Description:

We are seeking for an experienced IT Analyst to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems.

Main responsibilities include:

• IT Responsibilities for the cross organizational efficient performance of software and application: Production, Laboratories, Development, Finance.
• Producing specifications for new or modified systems.
• Implementing new systems – Installing and configuring software solutions and new enterprise systems on a Microsoft environment.
• Providing technical support across the company.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Plan oversee and perform projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
• Full IT Support for the company computerized systems during its life cycle stages.
• Responsible for user training and feedback

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Develop and analyze functional specifications
• Security Management and integration of local and cross organizational applications for the pharmaceutical industry while following company policy and data integrity rules.
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate vendors to build and implement technology solutions
• Coordinate the support of the IT infrastructure/system teams.
• Experience with Computer validation and qualification process
• Ensure a proper consideration of the users and compliance requirements.
• Ensure data integration and connectivity from various OT sources to IT systems.
• Write, maintain, perform and test regularly business continuity procedure on laboratory and production systems, whenever applicable:

– disaster recovery

– backup and restore

• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Requirements :

• knowledge experience as an IT Analyst,  IT Consultant , IT Administrator or similar role.
• Hands on knowledge of Microsoft OS: Servers + Clients.
• Hands on knowledge of backup solution and reliable data protection for Enterprises
• Hands on knowledge of Microsoft SQL DB administration.
• Hands on Knowledge with system security.
• Hands on Knowledge with networking Cisco environment.
• Experience in project management.
• Understanding of business practices
