Own and drive Chegg growth, strategy, campaigns, tracking, attribution, and data analysis. Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of retention and engagement initiatives. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained. Manage workstreams at both the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, identifying channel opportunities) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). Position for 12 months with an option Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in designing and executing consumer web and mobile growth strategies. Track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics. Strong analytical skills, including a firm understanding of web and mobile analytics technologies, and the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems in a quantifiable way. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously. Experience working in cross-functional teams. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.
