Monitor relevant accounting procedures and systems necessary to ensure that: (i) accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with USGAAP and the Company’s accounting policies, and (ii) reporting of financial performance is accurate and completed timely. Proactively monitor, interpret and disseminate, as required, all relevant and appropriate accounting issues

Participation in preparing US GAAP financial reports and statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow etc.), monthly, quarterly and annually.

Compile, analyze and monitor the activities and results of the company as a subsidiary of a US company

Ensure controls over financial reporting processes are in place and are executed in excellence

Working with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting and other economic matters

Work closely with the different financial functions while reporting to the local Director of Finance

Lead projects related to accounting and financial reporting and partner with the business to assess implications on processes and systems triggered by business initiative

REQUIREMENTS

Energetic, professional Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

BIG4 alumnus, Hi-Tech department - an advantage 

Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to USGAAP

Communicates (speaking and writing) very well in English - a must. 

Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management / Oracle an advantage

Knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements and an economic and business understanding

Very High level of Excel and Office Suite - a must.
