And, we are looking for a talented sales development manager to join our marketing team.
Your impact
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up and outbound initiatives
- Engaging with potential customers via email, phone, social media etc. to quality and develop leads
- Prospecting, educating, and developing target/named accounts and outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
- Working closely with account executives to gain a foothold in new organizations
- Helping to build relationships with new partners (system integrators, consultant firms)
- Prioritizing and managing the lead queue volume effectively to maximize new sales opportunities
- Working with the product marketing team on messaging to different stakeholders at different governmental and enterprise organizations
- Managing inquiries generated from the company's web site
- Developing and maintaining a customer/prospect database
- Managing a variety of sales automation and online prospecting tools
- Developing KPIs, dashboards and reports, supporting progress monitoring, feedback and productivity
- Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Cognyte products, industry trends and competition

Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar SDR role in a global company
- Highly energized and motivated with a strong background in building and optimizing SDR processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - multilingual a plus, native level English - a must
- Experience in using CRM and other prospecting tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others in a matrix organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data driven (a numbers person)
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing – a plus
- Positive attitude and the desire to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results
