Lead integration (DFT/STA), and design tasks including implementation, and verification of complex blocks, and or subsystems, of complex communication SoC
Requirements:
- BSc in EE with a minimum of 12 years of experience in similar roles
- Must have a working knowledge, and skills in one or more of the following disciplines/tools:
- ATPG, Fastscan / TestKompress, LV (LBIST/MBIST), Tessent Shell , TetraMax / DFT compiler, IJTAG & ACJTAG
- Synthesis flow, STA flow, DFT flow (advantage with Mentor TS), Spyglass EDA, CDC, DFT, LINT, LEC
- Post silicon support (ATE, Characterization)
- SoC frontend design flow
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
