Job Description:

Support new and existing customers building advanced 4G modems
Preforming IOT and Field testing over lab/ live network environment
Support certification process with tier 1 operators
Customer support
Responsible to analyze physical layer, MAC layer, Layer2, Layer 3 and TCP/IP Layer issues

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills are mandatory
Knowledge in 3G/LTE technology
Background in Electrical Engineering with a good understanding of 3GPP/LTE systems
Experience in lab/field testing
Experience in Operator certification process
Familiar with tests equipment operation (Rhode & Schwarz, Keysight/Anite, Anritsu…)

Willing to travel inside US and abroad from time to time
