We’re seeking a full-time Customer Support Team Lead to join our vibrant team!
Wake up for this:
- Provide solutions and communicate directly with filmmakers from all over the world via email and online chat.
- Become a master of the Artlist and Artgrid products, music and film licensing, web troubleshooting and more.
- Review and resolve escalations.
- Use your own creativity to offer solutions for support efficiency, team coordination and problem-solving.
- Train the team and monitor performance for areas of improvement.
Requirements- Experienced with customer service (5+ years a plus).
- Experienced in management (3+ years a plus).
- An effective coordinator with strong leadership skills.
- A versatile worker: self-motivated, can offer creative solutions for conflict resolution and a fast learner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (a plus).
- High-level/Native English speaker (required).
