We are looking for an experienced QA Technical Lead to join Data department.

You will be reporting directly to the QA Manager and be primarily responsible to assists him to keep application in high level of quality, share and implement QA best practices and provide expertise to the teams.

In this role you will:

- Define and lead the process of QA in Business Intelligence domain;
- Lead the process of Test Automation framework design and implementation;
- Assist QA Manager to push all initiatives about QA;
- Define Quality Gates for products;
- Define and monitor testing procedures: test management, defect management and tracking management

Requirements

- Ability to analyze QA processes and drive improvements
- 3+ years’ experience as QA Automation Lead
- Strong coding skills (Java)
- Hands-on experience with Back-end automated testing
- Hands-on experience with Databases and SQL
- Load/Performance testing
- CI (Teamcity, Jenkins)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- “Out of the box” thinking
- Energetic, positive attitude and relentless self-motivation

Nice to have:

- Experience with Big Data tools (Kafka, Hadoop, Spark)
- Experience with BI processes and DWH testing
- Knowledge of Python
