  • Lead the Scitex C500 service delivery team and operation.
  • Manage and drive resolution of escalations together with Service, R&D & Engineering teams, combining risk management and professional decision-making capabilities.
  • Drive the Scitex Control tower 24x7 support activities – maximizing remote resolution potential & constant improvement.
  • Lead the Scitex field upgrade deployment, communication, training coordination and execution.
  • Present to management the install base status, plans and activities.
  • Drive strong collaboration & teamwork within the CA group, regional service teams and GBU supporting entities.
  • Requirements :

  • BSc in an Engineering: Mechanics / Electronic / SW
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Teamwork & communication skills
  • Strong capability to collaborate with various interfaces
  • High availability and flexibility
  • People management experience
  • Advanced technical understanding of the Scitex & printing technology
  • Deep understanding of Customer Assurance processes
  • Strong understanding of the field support mode of operations and needs
  • Customers facing experience 
  • English – very high level spoken and written
