Job Description

In this position, the primary challenge & responsibility is to drive value and commercial growth through global pharmacy-focused field technologies and platforms. This is achieved by leading the processes of continuously enhancing and deploying global pharmacy-focused field technologies, platforms & solutions in close cooperation with regional & local business stakeholders, regional IT teams, business process experts, project management and technical experts. As the Pharmacy Field Technology Commercial Platforms Success Manager, you will understand, develop, and translate the sales & marketing business needs into digital solutions that drive customer engagement and business value.


•Be the voice of the business to developers and internal IT, to ensure what is released to platform owners and end-users is of high quality
•You will be a trusted partner for all of our teams to ensure excellent quality of the Pharmacy Order Management product/solution and end user satisfaction
•You will be a key stakeholder in development and deployment of the Pharmacy Retail Execution and Automated Image Recognition solution
Business expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmacy order management, combined with an understanding of information technology and data management will be essential for this role. Familiarity with digital platforms in the areas of CRM, Order Management, and Retail Execution & Image Recognition will be a significant advantage in this role.

The key objective is to become an expert in the local & global business processes, their supporting digital solutions & platforms by articulating business needs into detailed user requirements in the development of business critical IT solutions


•Educated to degree level or equivalent, or with relevant previous working experience
•2+ years sales CRM management experience OR healthcare related CRM management experience
•2+ years in pharma sales and or management
•Critical problem solving skills
•Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts
•Have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work in narrow timelines
•Experience/Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
•Excellent Customer & Stakeholder Management Skills
•Experience/Knowledge in Pharmacy Order Management
•Retail Pharmacy Execution & Image Recognition solutions
•Strong analytical skills;
•Experience in requirements analysis and writing Business Use Cases
•Experience to drive change across diverse cultures
•Able to work independently in global, regional and local teams
•Very good knowledge of English both written and verbally
