To define the architecture, escort the implementation and optimize advanced cellular communication systems for our next-generation base-station products, playing a key role in our innovative and disruptive Massive-Multi-User-MIMO solution, including:

Defining architecture and lineups and linking budgeting and overall system accountability; Enabling new RF technology with advanced beam-forming for LTE and 5G technologies; Being accountable for PHY performance, including the system's conformity with regulations, the goal being to reach best-in-class performance; Bringing your own innovation into our products

Job Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Engineering / Physics with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing; M.Sc. / Ph.D. with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing - an advantage

Good understanding of RF architectures, RF blocks, their impairments and algorithms for mitigating impairments

Good understanding of modem architecture flows and characteristics including synchronization, decoding, FEC, equalization, etc.

Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of at least one of the following: 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G-NR - an advantage

Experience with 3GPP features (PHY aspects) such as carrier aggregation (CA), CoMP, NB-IoT, Massive-MIMO and UE-specific beamforming - an advantage

Familiar with design tools such as MATLAB, signal studio ,RF lab equipment

Independent problem-solver with excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Eager to learn and develop your professional skills in the field of wireless communications

Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment
