Job Description
As a Resource Planning Real Time Adherence Supervisor, you will be responsible for direction of a large team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health's Commercial/Med D RTA team. This includes planning, organizing, directing and supporting a variety of WFM functions including inbound calling and off phone activities. You will be analyzing, creating and implementing recommendations to improve quality efficiencies and effectiveness to assure service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The supervisor provides ongoing supervision to the RTA team: Monitor, evaluate and drive behaviors to meet service level goals. Coach and provide guidance in career and skill development. Ensure focus is defined goal by encouraging pro-active measures to meet with the team and communicate with management service impacting issues. Manage team schedules ensuring enterprise coverage. Participate in management meetings representing the RTA team to impart and receive information relative to Commercial, Med D, Aetna and Anthem.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with WFM
2+ years of experience with supervisory / coaching experience
Experience motivating team in a fast paced environment
Flexible work schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a fast paced with the ability to learn quickly while understanding and solving new problems. Working Independently when needed.
Education
Verifiable GED or High School diploma required.
