Description:

•As a DevOps Expert, you will be responsible for Designing, Implementing, Automating, Deploying, Monitoring, and Administering the infrastructure and applications on Azure Cloud

•You will manage the daily tasks and activities of multiple team members, responsible for their missions, supporting, guiding, and mentoring in a technical aspect.

•Make a significant impact on our development and production environments, processes, defining new solutions, deploying complex systems, and keeping them up-and-running, including:

oManage Azure infrastructure (planning, deployment, scale, and maintenance)

oReview, evaluate and implement improvements in CI/CD processes

oObservability of availability and performance of the application

oFocus on FinOps and CloudOps practices and tools

oBe the go to person for all topics and decisions related to infrastructure, deployment, and run-time aspects

oYou will explore and learn open source tools, working closely with R&D application teams

Job Qualifications:

•At least five years of proven technical experience

•Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

•Familiar with Agile methodologies

•Excellent interpersonal skills, where you'll work firmly with your DevOps peers, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers

•Autodidact capabilities to learn fast new technologies on the one hand and deep dive with existing on the other

•Passion for share your knowledge with others; WiKi, Blogs, Meetups, Training, Podcasts (significant advantage)

In-depth knowledge of:

•Linux, its administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

•Infrastructure Security, Network and Monitor

•Extensive experience with the Azure Cloud (AWS optional) as well as Docker/K8S

•Experience with configuration management; Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Terraform

•Experience building CI/CD processes (Azure Pipelines)

•Knowledge of one or more of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, Cassandra (optional)
