Job Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) / Computer Science from an accredited university
At least 6 years experience in verification
3 years experience technically managing a small team (3-5 engineers)
Knowledge of SystemVerilog / experience with Specman - a must
Clear understanding of the constrained random verification process, functional coverage, code coverage and assertion methodology
