We are looking for a superstar Office Manager to join us at Quantum Machines. QM is expanding at an exponential pace, so the ideal candidate for this job is dynamic, flexible, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth, day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Maintain a well-organized and well-stocked workspace, including office supplies, refreshments, and equipment functionality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, welcoming and assisting visitors, candidates, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Act as the first level of support for employees' administrative needs, providing guidance and assistance on office-related matters.
  • Manage relationships with local and international vendors, including cleaning, gardening, delivery, and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate office logistics and assist in organizing company events, team activities, and general maintenance creating a pleasant, efficient, and inspiring work environment for all employees.
