- 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager in a global organization
- Experience in leading office projects and budgets from end to end - similar to the above
- Proven track record in managing office operations, vendors, and budgets end-to-end.
- Experience organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Previous collaboration with HR teams on onboarding, offboarding, and cross-company projects.
- Experience in working with the HR team and managers on culture, employee life cycle, engagement, and more.
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- High level of English
- Capability to communicate clearly and effectively with all team members at all levels of the organization.
