- Build systemic approach for analytical program of oligonucleotides (ASO, siRNA, saRNA ,and others).
- Perform routine analysis of oligonucleotides using various analytical techniques.
- Professional lead of projects/experiments carried out at outsource laboratories.
- Independently solve problems in the laboratory setting to overcome analytical challenges.
- Analyze, summarize and present data/results to team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive introduction of the knowledge.
- The position includes performing and documenting analytical tests in the laboratory, for raw materials and drug product formulations developed in R&D.
- Work according to GMP requirements and in accordance with methods and working procedures.
- MS degree and higher in Chemistry or related field with experience in oligonucleotide analysis- Must
- Experience working in an analytical laboratory -Must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team-player mindset.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and workflows.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to create ideas for future work plans.
