Job description
Priority Software is looking for a motivated, business-oriented Global Channel & Partnerships Manager to lead the expansion and development of our international partner ecosystem.
This is a key growth role within our global SaaS organization, combining strategic partner development, hands-on business development ("hunting"), and ongoing relationship management.
What you'll do:
Lead the expansion of Priority's global partner ecosystem by proactively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners across regions and verticals.
Drive indirect sales growth through resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances.
Actively hunt for new business partnerships to increase market coverage and revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Develop joint business plans and support go-to-market initiatives with partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure partner success and alignment.
Manage escalations when needed and ensure a high-quality partner experience.
Represent Priority in partner meetings, regional activities, and selected industry events.
What we're looking for:
5–10 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or B2B sales within a SaaS or software company.
Proven experience in recruiting and expanding a partner ecosystem (new partner acquisition – must).
Experience working with international customers or partners – must.
Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner-driven revenue generation.
Commercial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to represent partners' interests internally.
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
