Responsibilities

• Execute smart, data-driven product strategies in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Identify new opportunities for product development.
• Gather requirements and lead subsequent product design, creative, development, and testing activities.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; analyze results to make our products as intuitive, simple, and elegant as possible.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully and developing alternative solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrated ability to drive business results – Must
• Experience in B2C product management in large-scale data environments – Advantage
• Proven experience leading design (UX & UI) and R&D teams, including managing product roadmaps.
• Experience with coding or in other technical positions – Advantage
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong UX capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills—extracting actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong initiative: able to undertake self-development activities, seek increased responsibilities, take independent action, and seize opportunities.
• Data-driven with the ability to shift seamlessly from creative to analytical tasks.
• Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to act as a leader within the company.
