תיאור משרה

• הובלת צוות המונה בין 10-12 עובדים/ות לעמידה ביעדי הייצור
• חלוקת עובדים בעמדות, פיזור להפסקות ועוד
• אחריות על ייצור יעיל בקו מכונות מילוי ואריזה
• אחריות לעבודה עפ"י הוראות הבטיחות והאיכות
• תפעול קו הייצור ומקסום יעילות לעמידה ביעדי הייצור (ביצוע setup, זמינות חומרי גלם, בקרה על פחתי ייצור, דיווחי תוצ"ג)
• תפעול תקלות level 2אשר בסמכותו/ה
• עבודה מול ממשקים רבים ומגוונים ( אחזקה , איכות, הכנה ועוד )
• העבודה במתכונת משמרות בנות 12 שעות 07:0-19:00 ולחילופין.

דרישות

• ניסיון של שנתיים בהובלת צוות של לפחות 5 עובדים/ות- חובה
• אוריינטציה טכנית/למכונות- חובה
• יכולת עבודה עם מערכות ממוחשבות ויישומי Office- חובה
• ניסיון תעסוקתי בהפעלת מכונות- יתרון משמעותי
• שליטה בשפה העברית-קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור

Responsibilities (English)

• Leading a team of 10-12 employees to achieve production targets.
• Assigning employees to workstations, managing breaks, and other task distribution.
• Responsible for efficient production on the filling and packaging machine line.
• Ensuring work is performed according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Operating the production line and maximizing efficiency to meet production goals (performing setups, ensuring raw material availability, monitoring production losses, reporting finished goods).
• Handling level 2 line malfunctions within their authority.
• Collaborating with multiple and diverse departments (maintenance, quality, preparation, etc.).
• Work is conducted in 12-hour shifts, from 07:00-19:00 and alternating shifts.

Qualifications (English)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 employees - required
• Technical/machinery orientation - required
• Ability to work with computerized systems and Microsoft Office applications - required
• Work experience in operating machinery - significant advantage
• Proficiency in Hebrew - reading, writing, and speaking
