The Resource Development Manager is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with existing donors and developing new fundraising growth engines for the organization. The role combines exceptional writing abilities (in Hebrew and English) with the independence and initiative to develop fundraising channels within the Israeli business and philanthropic sectors, translating vision into operational work plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising channels within the business and Israeli philanthropic sectors:
  Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with Israeli companies and donors; manage relationships from initial lead through closing.
• Content writing (versatile writing):
  Lead the writing of grant proposals, performance reports, newsletters, and ongoing correspondence, adapting writing style to different contexts (from analytical-academic to marketing-driven and emotionally engaging).
• Preparation of strategic and marketing presentations:
  Create visual and written materials tailored to senior donors, reflecting impact and partnership models - including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, and more.
• Work plan development and administrative execution:
  Translate strategic fundraising goals into concrete tasks, manage submission timelines and Gantt charts, track milestones, and ensure budget oversight.
• Data and CRM management:
  Full responsibility for data entry, donor pipeline management, and effective use of the CRM system as a relationship management tool.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising from philanthropy and/or the business sector.
• Exceptional writing skills in Hebrew and English — analytical, creative, and marketing-oriented.
• High level of independence and self-management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within strict timelines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Initiative, proactivity, and the ability to connect strategy with execution.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ESG and corporate social responsibility in Israel — a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Canva and CRM systems — an advantage.
• Experience writing newsletters or marketing content for nonprofits — an advantage.

ארגון ISRAEL-is פועל לשיפור תדמית ישראל בעולם על ידי הגברת הקול הישראלי האותנטי ויצירת קשרים אישיים בין צעירים ישראלים לבין קהלי יעד מרכזיים בעולם. באחריות מנהל/ת פיתוח המשאבים טיפוח הקשרים האסטרטגיים עם תורמים קיימים ופיתוח מנועי צמיחה וגיוס כספים חדשים בארגון. התפקיד משלב יכולות כתיבה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר (בעברית ובאנגלית) יחד עם יכולת עצמאית לפתח ערוצי גיוס במגזר העסקי ובפילנתרופיה הישראלית, תוך תרגום החזון לתכניות עבודה אופרטיביות.

תחומי אחריות

• פיתוח ערוצי גיוס במגזר העסקי והפילנתרופיה הישראלית: איתור, פנייה וביסוס שותפויות אסטרטגיות עם חברות ותורמים ישראלים; ניהול הקשר מרמת ה"ליד" ועד לסגירה.
• כתיבת תוכן (כתיבה ורסטילית): הובלת כתיבת מענקים, דוחות ביצוע, ניוזלטרים ותכתובות שוטפות, תוך התאמת סגנון הכתיבה (מאנליטי-אקדמי ועד שיווקי-רגשי).
• הכנת פרזנטציות אסטרטגיות ושיווקיות: יצירת חומרים ויזואליים ותכניים הפונים לתורמים בכירים, המשקפים אימפקט ומודלים של שותפות - מצגות, one pagers, עלונים ועוד.
• גזירת תכניות עבודה וביצוע אדמיניסטרטיבי: תרגום יעדי הגיוס האסטרטגיים למשימות קונקרטיות, ניהול גאנט הגשות, מעקב אחר אבני דרך ובקרה תקציבית.
• ניהול דאטה ו-CRM: אחריות מלאה על הזנת נתונים, ניהול Pipeline התורמים ושימוש במערכת ה-CRM ככלי לניהול קשרים.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון מוכח בגיוס משאבים מפילנתרופיה ו/או מהמגזר העסקי.
• יכולת כתיבה יוצאת דופן בעברית ובאנגלית – אנליטית, יצירתית ושיווקית כאחד.
• עצמאות גבוהה ויכולת ניהול עצמי.
• סדר, ארגון ויכולת עבודה מול לוחות זמנים קשיחים.
• דיוק וירידה לפרטים.
• יוזמה, פרואקטיביות ויכולת לחבר בין אסטרטגיה לביצוע.
• תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויכולת עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים.
• היכרות עם עולם ה-ESG והאחריות התאגידית בישראל – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם Canva ומערכות CRM – יתרון.
