Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to support the planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key partners and maintain strong customer relationships.We are looking for someone who is able to thrive in fast-paced environments while ensuring successful outcomes for both internal teams and external collaborators. We need someone who has strong technical program management expertise, a solid engineering background, and the ability to drive collaboration with major enterprise customers, cloud service providers Tier-1 partners, and OEMs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining managing program schedules deliverables turning points aligned with customers roadmaps requirements translating customer requirements into actionable tasks driving timely issue resolution across engineering quality logistics sales providing horizontal leadership driving cross-functional program execution managing high priority issues/concerns coordinating globally dispersed teams ensuring clear alignment on objectives acting as primary customer interface facilitating program kick-offs technical discussions design reviews issues/bug tracking resolution customer qualification/validation efforts status updates throughout the product lifecycle. The right person will have a track record running end-to-end hardware software product development in datacenter/server or with major enterprise customers or cloud service providers strong leadership matrixed collaboration conflict resolution consensus-building proven expertise leading all aspects production schedules optimizing line yields resolving sophisticated field quality challenges strong background thriving dynamic high-growth environments proven adaptability obscurity rapid change matrixed team structures.,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Science Engineering related field equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10+ years program/project management experience semiconductor IT automotive embedded systems industries major enterprise customers cloud service providers.
- Strong technical background hardware software product development experience working closely OEMs ODMs major enterprise customers cloud service providers.
