design, planning, and project management
is seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee contractors and ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

Location:
Hod Hasharon

Scope:
Full-time, includes fieldwork at client sites across Israel

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects throughout all stages — from sales support and system specification to implementation and delivery
• Prepare technical drawings and plans in
  Visio
  , read and interpret
  CAD
  files
• Supervise fieldwork and coordinate subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, and control systems)
• Collaborate directly with clients and ensure high-quality execution
• Manage integration of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, control)

Requirements:

• Mechanical Technician / Practical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer – required
• Proven experience in project management and supervision, preferably in
  renewable energy
  ,
  heat pumps
  ,
  chillers
  ,
  water circulation systems
  ,
  electrical
  , or
  control systems
• Hands-on field experience and strong technical understanding
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
