    A fast-growing medical device startup is looking for a Software Team Lead to lead the development of complex, life-saving products — from architecture to production.

    What You'll Do:

    Lead and mentor a team of 3 software engineers

    80% hands-on development in .NET Core (C#)

    Drive architecture, development, testing, and integration

    Work in Agile methodology

    Support regulatory documentation and submissions (FDA, MDR)

    B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering

    7+ years of backend development experience (C#, .NET Core)

    3+ years in a team lead role

    Deep experience with Microservices and Web APIs

    Experience with Real-Time Embedded systems – a strong plus
