As the global IP landscape grows increasingly complex and data-driven, we provide a platform that empowers innovative corporates and IP law firms to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to join us as Regional Pod Leader (Americas or EMEA).

The Role

The Regional Pod Leader is a senior commercial executive responsible for leading a cross-functional revenue team consisting of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Executives, and Customer Success Managers.

You will own the full commercial lifecycle within your region — from pipeline generation and deal execution through renewals, expansion, and long-term value realization.

This is a revenue leadership role with clear accountability for regional growth, retention, and customer success. You will shape and execute the regional commercial strategy, ensuring Azami's solutions become embedded as a strategic enabler for our customers.

This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Own Regional Revenue Performance

  • Lead the full revenue cycle: prospecting, sales execution, contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion.
  • Drive regional revenue, Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy, predictable pipeline.

Lead and Develop a High-Performance Pod

  • Lead a cross-functional commercial team (BDR, Sales, CS).
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability.
  • Coach and develop team members to consistently raise performance levels.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.

Drive Growth Through Insight

  • Use CRM data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and proactively address churn risks.
  • Translate market insights into regional action plans.

Act as a Strategic Partner

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Support strategic accounts, including framework agreements and long-term partnerships.

Represent Azami Externally

  • Represent Azami in industry conferences, executive meetings, and high-level commercial engagements across your region.
  • Strengthen Azami's brand positioning as a quality-driven, data-centric solution provider.

Who You Are

You are a senior commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and advanced Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable operating across cultures and geographies.
  • Professional-level English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Experience in legal-tech or IP-related industries is an advantage.

Location & Working Model

Our headquarters are located in the Azrieli office building in Modiin, adjacent to the train station.

Hybrid model: Wednesdays from Home.
